Full Stack Developer (Java Backend & UI Development) Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering and modern UI development to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade software solutions using Java-based technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and up-to-date front-end frameworks. This role requires collaboration across product, business, and engineering teams in an Agile environment to drive innovative solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with a solid focus on backend services and user interface development.
- Contribute directly to bringing software solutions to production by participating in architecture, development, deployment, and support activities.




- Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and related technologies.
- Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern UI frameworks and technologies.
- Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging microservices, containerization, orchestration, and distributed system patterns.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions to improve system stability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software engineering principles.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
