Key Responsibilities

Understand business problems and translate them into data science solutions
Perform data analysis, data cleaning, and feature engineering on large datasets
Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning / statistical models
Apply techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time‑series modeling
Develop and deploy models using Python‑based ML frameworks
Partner with engineering teams to productionize models and pipelines
Communicate insights and model outcomes to non‑technical stakeholders
Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

Solid proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn)
Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised & Unsupervised)
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data distributions
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Familiarity with Git and version control

Data & Tools

Experience with Jupyter / kubeflow / notebooks
