About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will become the central coordination point for the Strategy & Planning Office, supporting a Member of the Board across multiple businesses. You will manage executive calendars, business communications, stakeholder coordination, meetings, travel planning, project tracking, documentation, and selected personal assignments.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and can independently manage multiple priorities with complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Calendar & Leadership Coordination
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar across multiple businesses
- Schedule meetings with senior leadership, government departments, investors, enterprise customers, and strategic partners
