Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement a multi-year CSR strategy aligned with GE HealthCare’s purpose and South Asia priorities
- Establish robust governance frameworks for CSR, including Board/CSR Committee engagement
- Ensure full compliance with Indian Companies Act CSR provisions and applicable regulations
- Design processes for project selection, approval, monitoring, and reporting

2. Program Design & Execution
- Identify and drive high-impact CSR initiatives in focus areas such as healthcare access, education, community development, and sustainability
- Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, implementation partners, and government bodies
- Ensure programs deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes, not just spend-b
