Global Product Operations team – An arm of Global Digital Products that provides application L2, L3,



Infrastructure maintenance and deployment support.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 2, Level 3 support for Java based Medical application.
Troubleshoot and identify root causes.
Working with cross functional team members to identify, document, investigate and resolve user issues/concerns.
Collaboration with stakeholders including R&D;, DevOps, third parties, Scrum & Delivery teams and Investigation teams.
Well versed in ITIL process and maintain Lifecyle while resolution ticket.
Form partnership with team and balance uneven workloads across team to meet SLA, deployments and projects milestones.
Drive productivity with focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across global teams and partner with R&D; to meet business goals.
Document processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
Establish root causes for application errors and help address the issues.
