About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Representative to join our sourcing team. This role requires market knowledge, vendor engagement, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with the company’s buying vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Results-driven sourcing: Exhibit robust commitment and motivation to deliver outcomes by aligning sourcing strategies with the buying vision and adapting to evolving market conditions.
- Order monitoring:
Track orders from placement with vendors through sample distribution, final quality inspection, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Effective communication: Initiate and streamline timely communication with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
- Vendor Management: Skilled in identifying the right partners, overseeing production processes, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure reliable sourcing and business-focused decision-making.
- Buyer trip coordination: Organize and coordinate buyer trips to factories or manufacturers to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure sourcing alignment.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with buyers to negotiate the best possible prices for merchandise.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Formal education: Graduate Degree
- Strong product knowledge of Hard Home.
- Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.
- Minimum 4-6 yea
