Your Role:

As a Senior ICT Specialist, you will play a critical role in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Vanderlande's global IT infrastructure. You will work closely with infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services across international datacenters. This role requires strong technical expertise in server technologies, virtualization, storage, monitoring, and IT operations, while collaborating with global stakeholders in a 24x7 support environment.

What you will do/Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and availability of global datacenters and take proactive corrective actions.
- Support enterprise IT infrastructure,



including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux server environments.
- Manage virtualization platforms using VMware ESXi and associated storage technologies.
- Troubleshoot server, client, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Support storage, compute infrastructure, and backup environments.
- Participate in 24x7 infrastructure support to ensure high system availability.
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels while ensuring timely resolution.
- Support virtualization, networking, and infrastructure services across global environments.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate hardware replacements when .
