The State Street Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering team is seeking an accomplished skilled with proven expertise in Application (AppSec) and software supply chain security implementation/governance. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in application security, build and release management, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), and the automation of security processes within CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with configuring and managing artifact caches (e.g. JFrog Artifactory) and other artifact sources of truth at an enterprise scale, deep familiarity with package ecosystems like Maven Central, PyPI and familiarity with SLSA principles.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that software is developed, built, tested, signed, and deployed through secure and verifiable processes.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Help build and execute our software supply chain security strategy to expand upon State Street’s ability to deploy secure-by-default open-source artifacts, etc., across the enterprise.
- Partner with Engineering teams leads to create, implement, and apply DevSecOps, and AppSec principles and processes.
- Assist application teams with onboarding to the adopted security tools/technologies; working with vendors to troubleshoot the platform and issues related to such integrations.
- Deliver and communicate reporting via dashboard, and metrics.
- Develop and maintain supply chain security and DevSecOps documentation.
