We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience to independently manage day-to-day marketing operations and execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels. This role requires a hands-on marketing qualified who can manage social media, CRM initiatives, marketing automation, and cross-functional campaign execution while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable working with marketing automation tools, campaign analytics, content creation, and stakeholder management to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely execution.




- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media calendars across relevant platforms.
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities to improve social media presence.

CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM campaigns, including email marketing, WhatsApp communication journeys, and customer engagement workflows.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys to improve lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Configure lead routing processes and ensure timely lead assignment across sales teams.
