As the Global Logistics Excellence & Programme Manager, you will lead strategic programs that enhance logistics performance, digitalization, operational resilience, and cost efficiency across the Eastern Hemisphere. This role combines deep logistics expertise with large-scale program leadership, offering the chance to influence future operating models, technology adoption, and process excellence. Accountabilities:
- Lead a portfolio of strategic logistics transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.




- Develop and manage program roadmaps, governance frameworks, project dependencies, and performance reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across transportation, warehousing, marine and shipping, logistics planning, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of logistics processes, operating models, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, service quality, resilience, safety, sustainability, and cost optimization.
- Oversee portfolio planning, project prioritization, risk management, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with global supply chain, procurement, finance, digital, and business teams to align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives.
