As an Entity Controller (LEC) within CIB, you are responsible for overseeing activities in legal entities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial results and statements. The current opening is within GF&BM; CIB Controllers in Bengaluru, which is part of the CIB Line of Business (LOB) within GF&BM; India.
Job Responsibilities




- Accounting & reporting for Legal entities in EMEA region (excl. UK) on monthly basis as per US GAAP including month-end close process, parent/child accounting, equity pick up, Capital Hedge, review of inter-entity breaks, and unnatural general ledger balance monitoring
- End to end ownership for month end close activities like Fx Trade out, Capital Hedge, EPU, etc.
- Quarterly regulatory reporting as per local GAAP for EMEA entities like Liquidity reporting, VAT return etc.
- Liasing with auditors and support Legal Entity Controllers for audit and related documentation.
- Supervise FR/FFIEC reporting, expense and revenue allocations, local regulatory submissions, and FX hedging.
- Daily monitoring and control of activities involving reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit weekly financial statements and liquidity reports for selected balance sheet items.
- Conduct quarterly P&L; and balance sheet
