What you'll do

SDET is responsible for ensuring the quality of enterprise CRM workflows, including sales forecasting, revenue operations, and customer lifecycle data across Salesforce and Gainsight. The role focuses on end-to-end validation of business-critical processes, data accuracy, and system integrations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Manager, SDET.

Responsibility




- Understand business requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Execute manual testing for UI, functional, regression, and integration flows
- Validate sales & revenue forecasting logic (pipeline, ARR, renewals, churn)
- Test Customer 360 data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
- Perform integration testing between Salesforce and Gainsight platforms
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira
- Ensure end-to-end GTM workflow validation (Lead → Opportunity → Closed Won → Renewal)
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams in Agile setting

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectat
