Job Description Drive Process Excellence initiatives through program governance, project reviews, communication, training and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Change Management tools to improve processes, productivity, quality and cost.
Possess strong technical knowledge of machines, moulds, products and manufacturing processes.
Support Operations Management through effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Lead improvement projects with proper planning, execution, monitoring and project management.
Prepare and present monthly MIS on Operations Performance for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Drive Operational Excellence initiatives across production and support functions to improve efficiency and eliminate losses.
Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for productivity improvement, waste reduction and cost optimization.
Demonstrate solid leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure achievement of operational targets and strategic objectives while maintaining optimal efficiency at the lowest possible cost.
