? Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
- Lead the team to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets
- Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance
- Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, and ensure stock availability
- Manage visual merchandising and store hygiene standards
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines

? Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum- Graduate.




- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail management
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems, Excel, and retail operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
