WHY THIS ROLE IS SIGNIFICANT TO US
As an Engineering Manager (SRE) in our SaaS division, you will lead one or more Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams within a Product Area. These teams ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence across our Azure-hosted SaaS platforms,



supporting both onboarding and running client environments.
You will focus on creating an environment where engineers can thrive, deliver reliably, and continuously improve our infrastructure. This includes hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and collaboration with product and engineering leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and observable systems aligned with SRE and ITIL principles.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead 1–2 teams of SREs responsible for Azure-based infrastructure and client platform operations
- Partner with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align SRE capabilities with product outcomes
- Act as a people manager, responsible for hiring, performance development, 1:1s, and career growth
- Guide teams through both short-term delivery cycles (sprints) and long-term infrastructure evolution
- Foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive engineering culture
