Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Data Product Analyst to support Product Pricing, Security Master, and Enterprise Reference Data capabilities within our data platform ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Data Product Ownership, Data Governance, and Business Analysis, helping define, govern, and evolve critical data products that support advisors, trading, operations, compliance, reporting, and enterprise analytics.

The Data Product Analyst will focus on ensuring security reference data,



pricing data, and related data distribution services are accurate, trusted, governed, and fit for purpose across the organization. The role supports Source of Record (SOR) strategies, data quality management, security onboarding, pricing governance, and downstream data consumption, while partnering closely with business, operations, engineering, architecture, and data governance teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial instruments, security master and reference data management, pricing and valuation concepts, data lineage, and data governance practices. They are comfortable translating complex data ecosystems into actionable insights, driving data quality improvements, and supporting scalable, enterprise-wide data products and services.
