Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”BFL is building a 3in1 App encompassing all its Products and Services. The objective of the team is to deliver a nimble and cutting-edge Mobile App which hosts all SME relevant products and services. Being a Mobile app platform, it’s imperative to build this as a minimal click framework to reduce customer effort. The unit will be responsible for creating the user story documentation with respective businesses and functions, refine these requirements and curate the same to create horizontal solutions on the 3in1 App. The team would then work with Marketing team for the UI/UX and IT team for the technology delivery of the app platform.Culture Anchor:Think like an Entrepreneur - Encourages current ideas, helps teams improve, and supports them in taking up challengesPractice Emotional Intelligence - Listens to others, stays calm under pressure,
