Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking an experienced AVP, Data Product Owner to lead Product Pricing, Security Master, Product Master, Market Data, and Enterprise Reference Data capabilities supporting advisor platforms, trading, operations, compliance, risk management, regulatory reporting, and enterprise analytics.

This role serves as the designated business owner for critical enterprise data products and is accountable for product strategy, governance, quality,



Source of Record (SOR) alignment, stewardship, lifecycle management, and adoption. The AVP partners across business, operations, technology, architecture, engineering, and data governance teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and reusable data products aligned to business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in wealth management data domains, enterprise data governance, reference data management, and product ownership, with a strong focus on execution, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
