Job Summary

The Engineer - Mechanical will support project teams in developing concept, schematic, and detailed designs, as well as tender documentation for non-complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and UAE authorities’ guidelines
- Positive experience in calculating and selecting HVAC systems.
- Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platform.
- Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort.
- Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
- To provide planning, support & develop of concept, schematic & detailed designing of HVAC systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential & high-rise projects with the team assigned.




- To provide space planning, support, design of HVAC systems with the team assigned.
- Good experience in HVAC systems including district cooling systems, VRV, heat recovery ventilation, and commercial kitchen and basement ventilation system etc.

Required skills and Qualifications Required to Execute this Role
- Minimum of 2+ Years of experience with HVAC Design. Experience on Gulf Design projects is preferred.
- Qualification – B. E / B. TECH (Mechanical)
- Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering-related rules and regulations in the Middle East
