Job Title: Marketing Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Specialist I will have the primary responsibility for the regional marketing communications activities for our Hygiene, Health, and Consumable (HHC) adhesive market segments in India, Middle East and Africa. This position will report to the IMEA Marketing Leader.





The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the IMEA marketing team and commercial leaders to develop content and coordinate activities aligned with the market segment strategy. Their efforts will focus on strengthening the H.B. Fuller brand, expanding the digital presence, and driving demand for the company’s products and services across the IMEA region.

The role will be based in Pune, India.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HHC customer or industry related events within the IMEA region (trade shows, conferences, open days at our HBF facilities, etc.): Work with regional strategic marketing and commercial team members to identify event needs and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event.
- Create marketing content and promotional materials according to brand guidelines: Support the HHC market segments in IMEA with updated sell sheets, presentations, videos, blogs, graphics and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with strategic marketing team to develop a comprehensive product launch marcom strategy.
