In SC Planning, we are responsible for balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HP’s global network. Our core activities are Supply Planning and the creation of a Master Production Schedule (MPS). We use advanced planning tools such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align inventory, capacity, production and logistics/ distribution.

As a result, we coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations with optimal inventory for all Printing business.

Responsibilities
- Subject Mater Expert for SAP IBP for the Printing Supply Planning team,



ensuring correct and efficient use of the system during planning cycles.
- Provide IBP second‑level support & troubleshooting (1st level support is at team Super-User), including data inconsistencies, integration errors, user failures; escalate to IT or data process stewards or IBP project teams when needed.
- Support supply planners on generating supply plan by ensuring data accuracy, user correctness and system reliability.
- Lead testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for new IBP releases or SC projects that impact IBP, test enhancements and configuration changes.
- Act as the escalation point for critical system issues, providing immediate support and coordinating BCP to maintain planning cycle stability and operational continuity
- Document and maintain SOPs, SC maps, training materials, and process guidelines related to IBP usage.
- Train and coach the Supply Planning team on IBP functionalitie
