About the Program
Athena is GE Vernova Electrification's strategic platform transformation program, replacing ServiceMax with a custom-built, in-house field service management application. The program spans the electrifications business lines with a go-live target of Q4 2027. Athena is built on pillars of tailored features, contemporary technology, enhanced UX, and AI-readiness,



delivered through a hybrid waterfall/agile methodology in close collaboration with a key delivery partner.
