What you'll do
Docusign is seeking a transformative, hands-on leader to redefine our DevSecOps landscape. As a Sr. Manager of DevSecOps, you will be the driving force behind modernizing our infrastructure, release philosophy, and CI/CD ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role for a thought leader who challenges the status quo and builds world-class engineering engines from the ground up.
You will act as the vital bridge between development, security, and release management, ensuring our pipelines are both lightning-fast and inherently secure.
This position is a people manager role reporting to the VP of Strategy, Release & Operations.
Responsibility
- Architect the Future: Move the organization beyond basic automation into the realm of self-healing infrastructure, internal developer platforms (IDP), and advanced GitOps workflows
- Apply a data-driven approach to manage complex release cycles and infrastructure projects, ensuring precision in execution
- Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends (e.g., AI-driven operations, FinOps, OpenTelemetry) and advocate for their adoption across the engineering org
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively (You are expected to audit the current state and propose a 90-day transformation plan within your first month)
