The Category buyer – Non-IT Procurement will be responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing, contracting,



and vendor management of centrally managed non-IT spend categories including Travel & Hospitality, Qualified Services, HR & Admin services. The role will focus on cost optimisation, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder enablement while ensuring high service quality and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and supplier evaluations
•Identify cost reduction, demand management, and value-creation opportunities
•Establish rate cards, SLAs, and commercial frameworks

•Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and renewals in collaboration with Legal
•Onboard and manage strategic and preferred suppliers
•Conduct periodic performance reviews
•Resolve commercial disputes and service issues
•Partner with HR, Finance, Admin, Travel Desk, Legal, and Business Leaders
