About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Planning who is passionate about utilizing robotics to improve our daily lives. Leading a key segment of our Supply Chain team, you will oversee the coordination of team activities including but not limited to the optimization of our material and inventory plans. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Inventory Management teams to ensure we have the necessary materials to meet surging global demand for our groundbreaking robots.

The ideal candidate is a person with strong analytical skills and the ability to think at both tactical and strategic levels.



This leader must be competent at doing individual contributor work as well as leading other individual contributors. As with any technology development company, we need team members who possess the ability to be proactive at anticipating and mitigating supply chain risks.

About the Work
- Tactical Leadership: Lead the creation, review, and execution of comprehensive supply and inventory replenishment plans for finished goods and raw materials across a 12 to 24 month time horizon.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small team of planners and analysts, ensuring thorough material readiness validation for manufacturing orders and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Accountability: Own and report on critical supply chain KPIs, including supply plan forecast accuracy, working capital optimization, customer fill rates, and inbound freight efficiencies.
