Summary
Data & Analytics function is dedicated to designing and delivering robust global data platforms that enable business solutions and high-quality analytics. The Data Analyst is responsible for interpreting and analyzing data from complex sources like ERP, HCM, and CRM to support data-driven decision making and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of information within the organization’s Data Lakehouse. This hands-on role focuses on requirements translation, source-to-target mapping, dimensional modeling support, ELT/ETL validation, testing support and data quality. Working closely with Business teams, Data Architects, and Engineers, the Data Analyst transforms business processes into well-structured, secure, and reliable data models and pipelines, enabling the Data Lakehouse to serve as a trusted foundation for analytics, reporting and AI products.
