Job Description:
Contract Lifecycle Management (Primary)




- Assist in development of primary contracts including MSA, Service Delivery Contracts, Work Orders; establish complete understanding of the critical T&Cs; support negotiations targeting Cotality-favorable contractual arrangements Work closely with Legal, Finance and Business Unit(s) to assure amendments and extensions are drafted, negotiated, reviewed and approved timely and comprehensively Facilitate validation and execution process for short-term contractual arrangements using Work Order commercial construct

Contract Change Management (Primary)
- Assist in identifying changes to the existing contracts, negotiate Cotality preferred agreement around these changes and, working closely with vendors, develop Change Requests or Amendments to the contract Assist in annual contract reviews, and annual price adjustment (COLA, productivity improvements, etc) Act as the first point of escalation for issu
