The Founders Office - New Product Initiatives role acts as a strategic extension of the leadership team, driving the conception, execution, and scaling of 0-to-1 product lines. You will operate at the center of the organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategic vision and ground-level execution. This role involves working closely with the founders to identify market gaps, lead cross-functional pods, and manage critical stakeholder relationships to ensure new initiatives achieve product-market fit.
