Job Description

The Director Compensation & Perks would be responsible for driving the Total Rewards strategy for EMEA. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives, ensure market competitiveness, and deliver consistent employee experience.



This position partners closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Global Rewards, and Talent teams to develop reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Your Impact:
- Lead the Compensation & Benefits strategy aligned with global Total Rewards philosophy for EMEA.
- Drive annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, variable pay, bonus planning, and market adjustments.
- Design and enhance compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, and pay governance.
- Conduct market benchmarking using leading compensation surveys and external market intelligence to ensure competitive positioning.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on compensation recommendations for hiring, promotions, retention, and critical talent.
- Develop and administer executive compensation and incentive programs where applicable.
