- Implementing and enforcing established inventory policies and procedures to maintain compliance and reduce operational risks.

- Coordinating effectively with manufacturing and procurement departments to align inventory balances with production schedules and vendor capabilities.
- Leading and managing the daily activities of the Material Logistics and Control (MLL) staff, fostering team collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
