Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing projects from requirement gathering through successful deployment.

The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools. This role requires complete ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to production.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs),



user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

End-to-End Project Delivery
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Technical Responsibilities
- Work in an AI-assisted development workplace using Claude Desktop (Claude Code) or similar AI tools.
- Manage source code using Git repositories and version control best practices.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for Boards, Repositories, Pipelines, and Release Management.
