Senior Manager, Engineering – Logi Composer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead the India-based team responsible for Logi Composer, insightsoftware's flagship embedded analytics platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader who can build and scale a high-performance team, drive complex product deliveries across geographies,



and raise the technical bar on a product used by enterprise customers globally. You will report to the Senior Director of Engineering and work closely with Product Management, DevOps, Customer Success, and global peers.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a robust India-based engineering team delivering the Logi Composer platform
- Drive recruiting, hiring, performance management, and career development for engineers and engineering managers
- Champion a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
- Proactively manage attrition risk through engagement and growth opportunities

Product Delivery
- Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to define technical approach, roadmap alignment, and sprint execution within an Agile-Scrum framework
