Duties/Results




- Jointly develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across India with BaxEnergy and regional sales.
Contribute and jointly execute Yokogawa-BaxEnergy business integration plan and models to smoothen Yokogawa renewable business operation across India.
- Self-starter, result-driven, adaptable to change and be responsible in achieving the objectives and key results (OKRs) cascaded for India.
- Collaborate with BaxEnergy Sales and Marketing to plan and execute business development initiatives to achieve order intake, revenue and marginal targets.
- It is significant to understand that the position is required also to act as front marketing and sales, and own the responsibility from opportunity exploration up to contracting phase.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand renewable energy market share and customer loyalty in India.
