Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support engineering and site activities for real estate projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers in planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of construction works to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site supervision and project execution

Monitor construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams

Track material usage and report requirements to the site engineer

Conduct basic inspections and quality checks at the site

Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and documentation

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Support handover and snag-list activities
