About the Role
Prism is looking for a senior business operations leader to drive global Product Growth, Customer Lifecycle, Business Operations and strategic client success across international markets.
This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Engineering, Data, CRM, Legal and Regional teams owning scalable growth, operational excellence,



delivery accountability and long-term commercial impact for the Prism platform ecosystem.
You will lead high-value client engagements, drive portfolio growth, influence product prioritization, and build the operating rigor required to scale a world-class B2B platform business.

Prism clients are making long-term bets on our platform. Your mandate is to make those bets successful through operational excellence, scalable growth, delivery accountability and trusted client partnerships. This role is for leaders who build organizations that execute, scale and deliver with consistency.
