Manager, Content Commerce

Role Overview
JioHotstar is seeking a high-caliber, strategic thinker to lead our pioneering Content Commerce ecosystem. Content commerce is our vision to bring digital entertainment and instant shopping together. Instead of making users leave the app to buy something, we are building a seamless experience where they can interact and make purchases—like ordering food—directly within the JioHotstar interface while watching their favorite content.
As the Manager for Content Commerce, you will be the central owner driving user adoption, engagement, and business growth for these integrated experiences.

Responsibilities
- Content Commerce includes integration of multi-category product purchase destinations within our streaming app. This role requires project management across multiple internal/external stakeholders like On-platform, Digital, Comms, Analytics, Product, etc to ensure targets are met
- This role requires a strong basic understanding of broader marketing levers,



so as to build a cohesive GTM for every new integration. It also requires extensive experience in Off-platform/Digital marketing.
- Off Platform lever involves setting overall performance strategy based on success metrics such as views, conversion, ROI, with a solid focus on measurable outcomes. It involves working closely with internal stakeholders including Media agencies, Publishers, Analytics, Product, Content, and Comms to improve targeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization frameworks

Experience & Skillset
- 5–6 years of professional experience, especially in digital marketing
- Strong experience in ROI-driven or lead-based businesses, preferably within consumer tech, media, or app-led ecosystems
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital marketing budgets
- Exposure to running campaigns using both first-party and third-party data
- Working knowledge of analytics, attribution, and m
