Your future role

Define, develop, manage & sustain AI models to meet project/customer needs, by supporting data science and AI activities to:
- Collect, transform and explore data from disparate sources and combine them in a form suitable for model construction
- Identify biases or flaws in datasets and ensure that the training/validation design reflects actual operational needs
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand requirements, products specifics and data characteristics
- Design, build, document and maintain AI/ML models focused on automation and enhancement of operational efficiency to support business needs using a variety of techniques and tools




- Research recent methods to improve robustness, explainability and trustworthiness of AI/ML algorithms
- Support showcasing of AI capabilities, convey complex ideas and illustrate findings to non-technical audiences through software prototypes, presentations, interactive dashboards, technical reports and consistent storytelling
- Work with external partners to evaluate opportunities from new mathematical approaches and AI technologies
- Provide support to software development teams for industrialization of AI solutions
- Participate in conference and events and actively contribute to the AI community through publications and projects
- Plan and execute AI training sessions

Performance measurements:
- Number/complexity of models compliant with requirements designed and delivered (with relevant contributors) to the catcher entity
- On Time Delivery (OTD)
- Developments Quality Cost Delivery (QCD)
