Your role:
- Own design, develop and test software components for patient monitoring within the interoperability and connectivity scope. This includes implementation of a framework to support third party device integration with our patient monitors.
- Analyze software, functional requirements to design and develop high‑quality software.
- Write effective, maintainable code in C++ for embedded Linux systems following best practices and design patterns.
- Implement unit and component tests and develop automated test suites using GoogleTest (GTest) and Gherkin‑based BDD
- Participate in an international Scrum team and engage in Scrum rituals, collaborating closely with device interoperability experts, software developers, and architects.
- Adopt AI-enabled development tools and demonstrate measurable productivity improvements.
- Support software lifecycle management activities including documentation, sustaining engineering, defect resolution, and platform evolution.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in resource-constrained embedded Linux environments.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field.
- 10+ year experience in embedded Linux with hands-on with advanced C++ (17/20/23).
- Solid command of object-oriented programming, memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.
- Good to have experience in Interoperability using HL7/FHIR/IEEE 11073 SDC in clinical environments.
- Experience with technical documentation, code reviews, and compliance with medical software development processes (e.g., IEC 62304).
