SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
To execute and coordinate testing and commissioning (T&C;) activities of all MEP systems at project sites to ensure functional performance as per design specifications and project requirements. The role is responsible for preparing and following commissioning plans, coordinating with execution teams, vendors, and consultants, and ensuring documentation and compliance during handover of services.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan and execute testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Review and interpret design drawings, technical submittals, and equipment manuals for commissioning scope.
- Coordinate with MEP execution teams, OEMs, subcontractors, and consultants for progressive testing.
- Ensure systems meet performance standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Provide training and O&M; documentation to facility management or client teams during handover.
- Assist in client inspections, approvals, and preparation of handover documentation.

- Clients & Consultants: For inspections, sign-offs, and system approvals.
SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; local language proficiency preferred for site-level communication
