Job Title: CRM / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating sales activities, tracking leads, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will help streamline sales operations and improve overall sales efficiency.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.

* Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure timely action.

* Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales operations.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and MIS reports.

* Monitor sales pipelines and generate performance reports.

* Schedule meetings, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain updated customer records.

* Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless order processing.

* Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly performance dashboards.





* Support customer onboarding and address sales-related queries.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

* 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)

* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
