- Operate, set up, and calibrate high-speed Viswill Vision Inspection Systems (TVIS/CVIS) for tablets and capsules.
- Perform mechanical changeovers of tooling, feeder tracks, and vacuum belts between batch runs.
- Fine-tune camera parameters, 3D laser settings, and lighting thresholds for optimal defect detection.
- Perform regular optical glass cleaning, preventive maintenance, and line clearance in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logbooks, and inspection output documentation.
