Accountabilities:




- Edit short-form and long-form video content from raw footage through final delivery while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- Collaborate with producers and creative teams to develop strong story structures, pacing, emotional impact, and visual flow.
- Select the most effective footage, interviews, soundbites, music, and visual elements to strengthen each story.
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and other creative elements that enhance viewer engagement.
- Adapt video content for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience preferences.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling standards, and quality expectations.
- Use approved footage and assets while maintaining proper attribution and content compliance when required.
- Manage feedback, revisions, and final delivery schedules to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
