Description
As a Relationship Manager-Banca, you will play a crucial role in our Bancassurance department, working closely with our bank partners to drive insurance business growth. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers, promoting our insurance products, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with assigned bank branches to generate insurance business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with bank staff and customers, ensuring a positive and skilled image.
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products through the bank channel, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, offering suitable insurance solutions that align with their requirements.
- Conduct customer meetings,



provide product demonstrations, and support the issuance of insurance policies.
- Achieve assigned business targets by actively engaging with customers and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
- Coordinate with bank officials to develop business strategies, organize joint events, and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay updated with insurance regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and insurance policy details for future reference.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate with a strong interest in the insurance industry and a passion for building relationships.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or banking is an advantage but not mandatory.
