consumers worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales
Executive to drive growth in our Industrial specialties business by
combining technical expertise with solid customer relationship management.

B.Tech or
B.Sc. in Chemistry/Coatings/Polymers/Material Science & MBA preferred
Proven experience




in the surfactants for Industrial applications particularly in technical sales or business development within specialty chemicals, surfactants, coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives, plastics, electronics, or related industrial segments.
Ability to
learn product and process technologies and provide technical support to
customers
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated
with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong ability to translate customer technical requirements into suitable product recommendations and value propositions.
Experience handling key accounts, distributors, OEMs, formulators, or large industrial customers.
Good understanding of customer buying processes, pricing discussions, tender/commercial negotiations, and value-based selling.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and structured opportunity pipeline management.
