Summary
Maintenance Engineer (BMS) is responsible for overseeing the operation and Maintenance with optimization of the building management systems along with operational proficiency. This role involves ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently, meeting the operational needs of the building. The Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining system with managing energy consumption, maintaining environmental conditions, and maximizing the performance of building systems.
Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Maintenance: Monitor & Maintenance of the performance of building management systems and energy management system, including HVAC, Electrical Systems, FAS, Access Control System, EMS, lighting, security- CCTV, and other integrated systems. Support Sustainability initiatives and the company’s net zero carbon objectives with current technologies and energy saving projects.




- Operational Management:
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of building systems using BMS software to ensure all systems are operating as expected.
- Energy Efficiency: Analyse and optimize the energy consumption of the building systems to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with BMS components and systems and take corrective actions to resolve them quickly.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from BMS sensors and devices to monitor system performance, efficiency, and safety levels.
- Operation area: overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the operation of building automation systems. These systems typically include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, security, fire safety, and energy management systems. BMS engineers ensure that all these systems are functioning properly and efficiently within a buil
