- Work As a service Engineer as a part of after sales activity in Vehicle.
- To Travel Across the ALLOCATED REGION for Service Guidance and Service work.
- Effective Communication require for each and every point to be reported for weekly and monthly analysis of problems.
- Follow every service and after sales guidelines given from Authorized Service Team/Technical Cell Team from HO.
- Responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems in the Vehicle as a part of after sales activity
- Responsible to understand customer voice positively and give them proper resolution as per rules and regulations
- Responsible to follow the proper guidelines of service Team and after sales team (technical cell) for further implementation and adaptation in our product.
- Ready to travel across ALLOCATED REGION and Near By vicinity for service purpose.
- Responsible for customer education and customer service in well manner.
- Record/data of customer complaint by generating Flash Report/PDI Report for further reporting.
- Genuine Coordination and Responsible Reporting require with 100% Positive work attitude and ethics.
