Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on expertise in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases to manage, monitor,
and optimize enterprise-scale database environments.
The role involves production support, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, security, automation, and cloud/on‑prem operations in a mission‑critical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support MySQL, MS SQL Server, and NoSQL (MongoDB / Cosmos DB / DynamoDB).
- 24x7 production support, incident handling, MI calls, and RCA.
- Performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and capacity planning.
- Implement and manage backups, restores, DR, HA, and replication.
- Database security, access management, patching, and compliance.
- Database upgrades, migrations, and cloud/on‑prem support.
- Automation and monitoring using scripts/tools; documentation & SOPs.
Skills Required:
- Cloud (Azure/AWS) – preferred.
- Strong experience in MySQL & MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on with NoSQL databases will be added advantage.
