About the role:
As a Single Window Operator, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions at the branch efficiently and accurately. You will serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
What you will do:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing
- Handle account openings, closures, and KYC updates
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and branch procedures
- Maintain proper records and update banking systems for all transactions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards
- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in banking operations or customer service roles
- Knowledge of branch operations, banking products,
and regulatory guidelines
- Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM tools, and MS Office
