About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in hiring for Digital Marketing roles. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle,



from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Digital Marketing positions, including SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, and related roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and manage the offer rollout process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and prepare regular hiring reports.
