KeyResponsibilities Ownership&Execution; Independentlyplan, scope, and deliver database infrastructure projects andoperational improvements end-to-end. Define andmaintain standards, runbooks, and best practices for databaseadministration across all supportedplatforms. Proactively identify and proposeimprovements to database management processes, tooling, andarchitecture. Operations&Reliability; Administer,monitor, and optimize production database environments acrossMicrosoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAPHANA. Perform capacity planning, performancetuning, backup/recovery strategy, and high-availabilityconfiguration. Manage database platforms onboth Linux and Windows Serverenvironments. Participate in incident responseand root cause analysis for database-relatedissues. StakeholderCommunication Provideclear, regular progress updates to technical and non-technicalstakeholders on ongoing initiatives. Documentdecisions, trade-offs, and technical recommendations in astructured and accessible manner. Collaboratewith application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to aligndatabase services with businessneeds. ContinuousImprovement Evaluatenew database technologies, versions, and configurations to driveefficiency and reduce operationalrisk. Contribute to automation efforts forprovisioning, patching, monitoring, and routine maintenancetasks. RequiredQualifications 7+years of hands-on experience in database engineering/administrationin enterprise environments. Strong expertise inMicrosoft SQL Server and Oracle Database (installation,configuration, performance tuning,HA/DR). Working experience with SAP HANAadministration. Solid skills in both Linux(RHEL/SUSE) and Windows Server operatingsystems. Proven ability to work autonomously:plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results withminimal supervision.



Solid communicationskills to report status, risks, and proposals to diversestakeholders. English: Qualified workingproficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) - required for dailycommunication across globalteams. NicetoHave Experiencewith IBM Db2 administration. Familiarity withdatabase monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Solar Winds DPA,Datadog, Ansible, Terraform). Experience withcloud-managed database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP CloudSQL). Scripting skills (SQL, Power Shell, Bash,Python).
